Standards

Independent, documented, defensible

USPAP

Reports follow the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, including scope of work and reporting requirements.

Appraiser independence

Mortgage assignments follow Appraiser Independence Requirements: no target values, and value is never tied to the fee.

State certified, 20+ years

Certified Residential Appraiser for over 20 years, licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers (License 70960-RA-CR).

Clear reasoning

Each adjustment is supported and explained, so underwriters, attorneys and courts can follow how the value was reached.

Buying or refinancing with a mortgage? Federal appraiser independence rules mean your lender or its AMC orders that appraisal. Lenders and AMCs are welcome to engage directly.
